The BCJHS We the People Team placed 2nd at the regional competition on Saturday, November 17th @ Hamilton Southeastern HS. The 2nd place finish allowed the team to advance to the state finals on Tuesday, December 11th in Indianapolis. Great job to Mr. Potts and the Team!!

BCJHS Vocal Music Teacher Mr. Lyng took BCJHS Vocal Music and Music Tech students to see the Hansel & Gretel Opera at the IU Musical Arts Center. It was a great night of culture!
BCJHS Art Teacher Mrs. Roales was recently awarded money through the Thank a Teacher Fund which allowed her to purchase 3 new Doodler Pens for her students. The Thank a Teacher Fund was created in memory of former Brown County Schools Principal and Superintendent Carol Walker.

Congratulations to the BCJHS Spell Bowl Team! They placed 3rd overall at the regional competition on Tuesday, October 30th.
The BCJHS annual corporate problem solving projects kicked off this week with visits to Cook Medical, LHP Engineering Solutions, and NSWC Crane where students where introduced to their "authentic" corporate problem followed by a tour of the facility.
