Friday, March 13th          Spring Break:  March 16-20 SOAR Behavior Reward Field Trip in May:  Students must earn the field trip by not having more than one discipline referral to the office from January 6th until the time of the field trip.  Students are also disqualified if they are suspended from school during the semester.   March Attendance Challenge Standings:  1st Place - Mrs. Oliver, 1st Place - Mr. Koopman, 3rd Place - Mrs. Stanley, 4th Place - Mr. Finley, 5th Place - Mr. Harmon The Character Education Theme for February is Honesty.  Be honest with yourself and with others in every interaction.  Honesty and integrity are the core values that make respect, courage, and trustworthiness possible. After School Tutoring:  Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4pm.  Please contact the BCJHS office at 988-6605 to confirm a spot.   Friday, March 13th - End of the 3rd Grading Period All students are encouraged to take their chromebooks home over spring break in case a school closure would be extended. Track & Field practice will begin on Monday, March 23rd.  You must have a physical on file with the athletic department prior to participation.  If you have questions see Mr. Hebert, Mr. Roush, or Mr. Lewellen.

Francesca Mata on Clarinet - Gold Jacob Rodgers on Baritone Sax - Gold with Distinction John Oliver on Drumset - Gold Nicole Prosch on Alto Sax - Silver Emma Beck on French Horn - Gold with Distinction Weilai Zhang "Neo" on Euphonium - Gold with Distinction
Saxophone Quartet (Jacob Rodgers on Baritone Sax, Mackenzie Crum on Tenor Sax, Nicole Prosch on Alto Sax, and Caleb Doss on Alto Sax) - Gold Our BCHS Jazz Ensemble earned GOLD at ISSMA! SOOOOOOO proud of allllll of these incredible musicians! We ARE Brown County!

Coins for Cats & Canines:  Brown County Humane Society Fundraiser:  All schools in the corporation will be participating the week of March 2-6. The Glass Slipper Event:  Saturday, March 7th from 12-3pm in the high school gym.  This is a great opportunity to get dresses for the 8th Grade Formal in May. Wrestling will practice today from 4-6pm @ BCI.  The team will participate in the WIC Championships tomorrow, Saturday, March 7th @ Edgewood High School.  Wrestling is scheduled to begin at 10am.

Wrestling will travel to Seymour today.  The match will begin at 6pm.
