HIstory Day Meeting



There will be a meeting for all students doing History Day this year during Advisory on Wednesday of this week in Mrs. Lewellen's room, room 311.  If you are competing in History Day, you must attend or touch base with Mrs. Lewellen at some point during the day.


Softball



Softball season is right around the corner! Any girl planning on trying out for the team MUST have a physical on file before the first official practice on March 4th.  Also anyone that's interested in being a manager needs to see Mr. Greve in room 308 for more information!


BETA



BETA - The field trip to Hope for Hearts Horse Farm today 2/5 is postponed and has been rescheduled to April 9.  Beta's permission slips must be signed by all students visiting BETA to eligible for any field trips in the future. Permission slips are available and can be turned in at BETA or school offices. Today will be a normal day at BETA and  Nathan Dilion's free guitar and band session will be on 4:30-5:30.
Many healthy snacks will be waiting for you!!


Dance Marathon & Mr. Stark



Brown County Dance Marathon is hosting a Fundraiser for Riley Hospital for Children that will have Mr. Stark doing crazy things! Once the school raises $500 Mr. Stark will wear a crazy costume, at $1000 Mr. Stark will shave his head, and at $1500 Mr. Stark will sleep on the roof! We need your help so find the dance marathon members in the mornings or at lunch to drop your donations in!


Track practice



"Official track and field practice began on Monday, February 11.  Interested students must have a current IHSAA Physical on file with the athletic department.  Practices will run from 3:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.  Please bring clothes to go either inside or outside. This start date is for anyone not in an active winter sport. If you have questions, see Mr. Myers or Mr. Wrightsman
 

NHS Tutoring



Do you need help in some of your classes? National Honor Society is here to help! Starting Monday open tutoring sessions will take place during advisory every day in the library. Simply get a pass from your teacher and come see us! If you would like a tutor before or after school, sign up for a time on the Google form found in your advisory course on Canvas and we will contact you.


Senior Slide Show



SENIORS:  The time has come to submit photos from the Senior Slideshow to play at graduation, and your help is needed to create it. Please send 3-4 clear photos of yourself OR pictures with other BCHS seniors to put in the slideshow. These pictures can be from any part of your life, from baby pictures, elementary school, jr. high or high school photos. Please send them to rhuddleston19@browncountyschools.com or drop of any photos to her or to Pam in the office.
