SOAR Behavior Reward Field Trip in May: Students must earn the field trip by not having more than one discipline referral to the office from January 6th until the time of the field trip. Students are also disqualified if they are suspended from school during the semester.

The Character Education Theme for February is Responsibility. Your sense of responsibility is what compels you to do the right thing, follow through on your promises, and be accountable for your actions.

Mid-Term Grades: Wednesday, February 5th – Parents are encouraged to check student grades and contact teachers with any questions.
BCJHS Yearbooks: $25 – order by Friday, February 7th (students received information during homeroom on Tuesday, January 14th)
Information about the Nextech Explorers Summer Camp on June 8-11th at Butler University is available in the main office. This is a great camp for students interested in computer science careers.
Students Interested in being a page at the Indiana Statehouse are encouraged to pick up information in the main office.

Any student interested in being part of the ELA academic team should plan to meet in room 15 (Mrs. Phillips) after school next Tuesday, February 11th until 4pm.
Girls’ Basketball will practice today from 3-5pm. The teams will participate in the Brown County Invitational tomorrow @ 9am. Congratulations to the 7th grade team on their victory over Owen Valley last night. Great job!!
