Lost & Found is overflowing. Students who are missing items are encouraged to stop by the office this week to check lost & found. Items not collected by the of the day this Friday, May 18th will be donated to a local charity.

BCJHS Awards Program: Friday June 1st: 7th grade @ 8:30am / 8th grade @ 9:30am
BCJHS Talent Show: Friday June 1st @ 1pm – Students who are interested in auditioning should see Ms. Pearson
All library books must be returned by Friday, May 18th. No new books may be checked out of the library for the remainder of the school year.

8th Grade Formal: Friday, June 1st @ Salt Creek Golf Retreat from 7-10pm. Admission is $10
Our Character Education theme for the month of May is “Citizenship”. People of strong character don’t sit on the sidelines. Contribute your “fair share” – participate fully as a concerned student, volunteer, and future voter.
Our SOAR focus this week is “O” (on-task)
Information about summer open gym for basketball is available in the BCJHS office as well as information about the summer running club.
Athletes who need to wait after school for the start of a contest or practice are not permitted to leave school grounds unless accompanied by a parent. After school supervision will be provided for all athletes in the BCJHS cafeteria.
